Join us at the Rochester Public Library to learn about green burial — an approach that minimizes environmental impact, honors the cycle of life and works in harmony with nature. We will also cover the types of green burial cemeteries (one of which is a natural burial cemetery), other body disposition methods such as conventional burial, cremation, and human composting, and our efforts to start a natural burial cemetery on the Seacoast.

Presenter Brianna Arnold is a death doula, musician, visual artist, youth mentor and farmer at Branch Hill Farm. She’s an active volunteer and presenter with Lotus and Lavender Natural Burial.
